Atlas Copco Group is seeking a skilled software professional to own end-to-end mobile and backend features, spanning Flutter/Dart front-end and ASP.NET Core services. You will balance user needs, performance, and reliability while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

The role is hybrid, based at our Wilrijk site in Belgium, with a focus on data-driven product outcomes and AI-enabled workflows. You will join a product-focused team and contribute to discovery, onboarding experiences for

Qualifications

• Built and shipped a mobile or fullstack product with real users.
• Owns end-to-end feature development from design to edge cases.
• Experience designing REST APIs and backend services.
• Production Flutter and Dart experience with real users.
• Practices modern engineering: testing, code reviews, CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem solving.
• Fluent with AI tooling and careful validation.

Responsabilités

• Build new capabilities for SMARTLINK Mobile in Flutter and Dart, and extend ASP.NET Core services and APIs.
• Participate in discovery and refinement using jobs-to-be-done thinking.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and designer from the first sketch.
• Build commissioning and onboarding experiences for sensors and gateways.
• Engineer for intermittent connectivity and offline scenarios.
• Close the loop with data via Mixpanel and New Relic; measure adoption.
• Maintain quality with tests, code reviews, and production troubleshooting.
• Leverage AI in daily work and improve usage of it.
