eXalt is seeking a Functional Analyst in Brussels to join a major transformation program in sectors like banking, insurance, and transport. This position involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are efficiently translated into functional solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in analysis roles and strong UML modelling and API knowledge. A hybrid work model is offered with 2.5 days onsite per week.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Excellent analytical and structuring abilities.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Model business processes using UML methodology.
• Contribute to API design and maintenance.
• Support development teams during implementation.
• Coordinate functional testing and UAT.
• Provide day-to-day support for functional issues.
• Drive improvement initiatives across business processes.
