Nomios is seeking a Microsoft Security Engineer to join our growing practice. You will assess security postures across Microsoft environments, focusing on identity management, Defender, Sentinel and Azure. You will translate findings into actionable guidance and collaborate with implementation teams to realize improvements.

The role blends engineering with direct customer contact. Applicants should have 5+ years in Microsoft environments, strong security knowledge, and fluency in English; French

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft environments.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Defender, Sentinel, and Azure; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions.
• Interest in other cybersecurity vendors beyond the Microsoft stack.
• Ability to plan from scoping to advice and present findings to customers.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch a plus.
• Based in Belgium with easy access to Zaventem office.

Responsabilités

• Perform technical scoping and security baseline assessments of Microsoft environments.
• Analyze security configurations against best practices.
• Conduct gap analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Hand over validated recommendations to implementation teams.
• Grow understanding of Nomios portfolio to support broader improvement trajectories.
• Help shape and grow the Microsoft security audit practice.
