EngiFlex BV is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace System Engineer to reinforce its Digital Workplace team. You will manage and advance the Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong focus on Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online and endpoint management across hybrid environments.

You will combine hands-on administration with automation, documentation and collaboration with security, infrastructure and external partners. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a System Administrator responsible for setup, management and maintenance of systems.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace and endpoint management environments including Windows devices.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including user, group and identity administration.
• Experience with administration and support of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, including device management, configuration profiles, compliance policies and app deployment.
• Familiar with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool for iOS devices.
• Experience with Exchange Online management.
• Comfortable working in hybrid cloud/on-premise environments.
• Knowledge of MFA and related identity protection mechanisms.
• Familiar with ITIL processes, especially change management.
• AZ-104, AZ-900 and MS-102 certifications held.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.

• Support Microsoft 365 security configurations, including MFA and Conditional Access.
• Analyse and resolve complex incidents and technical issues related to Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
• Participate in the technical design and implementation of new workplace solutions and improvements.
• Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API and other automation technologies.
• Support Microsoft 365 migrations and infrastructure changes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and operational guidelines.
• Define and promote standard configurations and technical best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Digital Workplace team.

Tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace System Engineer to reinforce a Digital Workplace team.

This team manages the implementation, day-to-day operation and ongoing enhancement of workplace technologies and collaboration solutions used across the organization. The scope covers mobile devices, Microsoft 365 collaboration services, identity and authentication services, and workplace management platforms.

In this role, you will support the operational management and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Active Directory and endpoint management. You combine hands‑on system administration with troubleshooting, implementation work, automation and documentation, and you work closely with infrastructure, security, application teams and external partners.

Your profile
