Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience in a regulated lab.
• Strong expertise in biological and microbiological testing including method development and validation.
• Solid understanding of statistical principles and data analysis for test performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate development, validation, implementation, and lifecycle management of biological and microbiological test methods.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing capabilities and laboratory processes across QC and LES teams.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering, Chemical Laboratory, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs for biological testing and ISO 10993 activities.
• Investigate deviations, implement CAPA and drive timely corrective actions.
• Serve as SME and point of contact for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Assist in implementing new regulatory requirements and internal procedures across sites.
• Contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives and product development.
• Promote quality culture and collaboration to deliver safe healthcare solutions.
