Mission

As a Maintenance Method Engineer, you will ensure compliance with the maintenance process in your area, in collaboration with the engineers and foremen.

Responsibilities

• Manages preventive and predictive maintenance standards (maintenance plan, checklists, KPIs, operating procedures, etc.).
• Plans daily, weekly and annual maintenance operations.
• Compiles the maintenance dashboard for your area (Total backlog, Critical PM backlog, Curative OT backlog, PMP quality).
• Determines the criticality level of production line equipment.
• Takes part in improving equipment and work procedures.
• Takes part in improving SAP.
• Monitors production losses and draws up action plans to eliminate/reduce them in collaboration with experts.
