La société Thales Group, basée à Herstal (Belgique), recherche un responsable Processus de fabrication pour concevoir et valider les procédés de fabrication et de contrôle des capacités de production. Vous contribuerez à l'amélioration continue et travaillerez avec les équipes ingénierie, production et qualité.

Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme en production ou ingénierie, maîtrise les méthodes Lean/SMED/PDCA/5S et sait former les opérateurs tout en assurant le respect des normes de sécurité

Competenze

• Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent en production.
• Connaissance des méthodes SMED, PDCA, 5S et Lean.
• Maîtrise du français; anglais lu/écrit.

Mansioni

• Analyser et définir les procédures à suivre pour chaque ligne de production selon les bonnes pratiques et normes en vigueur.
• Formaliser les processus et procédures nécessaires au fonctionnement de l'organisation.
• Rédiger les dossiers de fabrication et les modes opératoires détaillés pour les opérations d'assemblage.
• Accompagner la production des pré-séries et l'industrialisation des produits en interne et chez les fournisseurs.

Mission

Design, implement, validate the manufacturing & control processes for the company production capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyses & determines the procedures to follow for each production line considering the good practices and standards in force.


• Formalizes the processes & procedures necessary for the functioning of the organization.


• Creates the manufacturing files & detailed work procedures for assembly operations, ensuring their compliance.


• Supports the production of pre-series and the start of the industrialisation of products within the internal production as well as the supplier’s production.


• Analyse existing manufacturing and assembly processes to identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, quality & safety.


• Collaborate closely with the engineering, production & quality control teams to ensure fluid communication and effective coordination of activities.


• Participate in the selection of production and assembly equipment, ensuring their compatibility with the technical specifications of the products.


• Train and supervise operators on working methods and good practices, ensuring their appropriation of procedures. At the end of the support, the methodist will accredit the operator thus trained, manage the accreditations and their renewal.


• Oversee the implementation of newly designed methods and ensure their effectiveness and compliance with established quality standards.


• Perform production start-up audits to assess process compliance.


• Write purchasing specifications for suppliers, ensuring consistency with the technical specifications & qualities expected for the products.


• Provide technical support to suppliers.


• Participate in the qualification of suppliers as well as their abilities to produce in compliance with standards and compliance deadlines.

Profile

• Engineering or production degree ideally with experience in mechanical manufacturing or electronics testing


• Technical knowledge of SMED, PDCA,5S,LEAN


• Attention to detail & commitment to continuous process improvement. Fluent in French with English (Good reading and understanding)


• Good communication skills


• Well organised and capable of dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously


• Comfortable working in productions environments collaborating with various types of operators
