Job summary

KEYES is seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead the deployment and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution System solutions within an international industrial environment. You will act as the key interface between business stakeholders, manufacturing operations, and IT teams to ensure successful digital manufacturing implementations that support quality, traceability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing MES implementation projects in manufacturing.
• Experience in multi-site/international environments is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead MES deployment and enhancement projects from initiation to stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, supply chain, engineering and IT teams.
• Manage project scope, planning, budget, risks and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between MES solutions and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate integration between MES and ERP/PLM/Quality/Maintenance platforms.
• Support change management, training and user adoption.
