Job summary

Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated Mendix Developer to translate business requirements into Mendix applications, build integrations via APIs, and design secure, accessible interfaces. You will contribute to reusable components, maintain tests, and document development and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements and user stories into Mendix apps.
• Experience with API integrations and data exchange between systems.
• Implement secure-by-design principles and role-based access control in applications.
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility in user interfaces.
• Write and maintain unit and automated tests and participate in code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user stories into Mendix applications, including domain models, microflows, pages, and security roles.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems through APIs, database connectors, and SAML/OIDC solutions.
• Design and maintain reusable modules, widgets, and components, contributing to shared libraries and standards.
• Apply secure-by-design principles and RBAC throughout the application lifecycle.
• Develop user interfaces that comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Write and maintain unit and automated tests, participate in code reviews, and leverage Mendix quality tools to ensure code quality.
• Contribute to deployment, release management, and 3rd-level support for production environments.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation covering design, development, deployment, and support processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• Develop integrations with internal and external systems through APIs, database connectors, and Single Sign-On (SAML/OIDC) solutions.
• Design and maintain reusable modules, widgets, and components, contributing to shared component libraries and development standards.
• Apply secure-by-design principles, role-based access control, and data protection requirements throughout the application lifecycle.
• Develop user interfaces that comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Write and maintain unit and automated tests, participate in code reviews, and leverage Mendix quality tools to ensure code quality and manage technical debt.
• Contribute to application deployment, release management, and third-level support activities for production environments.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation covering application design, development, deployment, and support processes.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
