Eastman is seeking a Mechanical Technician in Gent, Belgium, responsible for the mechanical maintenance of production equipment and utilities. You will ensure reliable machine operation, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in technical fault resolution. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Electromechanics or Mechanical Engineering, strong mechanics knowledge, and excellent Dutch skills. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, pumps, transmissions, machining, and welding.
• Experience in industrial maintenance in production or chemical industry is a plus.
• Strong focus on safety and respect for procedures and quality standards.
• Excellent Dutch language skills; English required.
