Job summary

TE Connectivity in Oostkamp is seeking a mold technician for the molding department to support maintenance and rebuilding of injection molds. You will prepare parts, re-code tools as needed, optimize and repair to keep production running, and request tasks from the toolshop as required.

You will contribute to knowledge sharing and a safe working environment. The role requires a structured, precise, technically proficient team player who can show the necessary diploma or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and rebuilding injection molding tools
• Prepare parts according to instructions, and rebuild or recode tooling as needed
• Optimize, repair and ensure continuous production flow
• Coordinate with the toolshop department for requested tasks
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and promote a safe working environment
• Read and understand technical drawings; expand into this area with training
