IBA in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium seeks a Master Production Scheduler to translate strategic demand into executable production plans over 3–18 months. You will balance customer needs, product complexity and capacity to ensure a robust plan with visibility on risks and opportunities.

You will build and maintain the Master Production Schedule, translate S&OP into detailed plans by product family and configuration, and collaborate with S&OP, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Engineering to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in production planning or manufacturing environments.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with planning and ERP tools; SAP experience is a real asset.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain the Master Production Schedule (3-18 months horizon).
• Translate S&OP plans into detailed production plans by product family, model and configuration.
• Balance customer demand, delivery commitments and operational capabilities.
• Maintain a stable, executable production plan while adapting to changes.
• Perform RCCP analyses on critical resources and identify bottlenecks.
• Evaluate scenarios to support business decisions and secure delivery performance.
• Provide planning inputs based on production plans, inventory consumption and material availability.
• Collaborate with S&OP, S&OE, CPC, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering and Finance.
• Monitor planning performance, risk visibility and drive continuous improvement.
