Ventogroup is seeking a Master Data Officer in Belgium to maintain and validate master data across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance. You will support Product, Operations, and Engineering while handling data views, classifications, and catalog links.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain items/materials, variants, and cross-plant data views.
• Maintain technical and commercial attributes, packaging hierarchies, and GTIN/EAN codes.
• Apply classifications (ETIM/OpenDataCheck), product hierarchies, and catalog links.
• Maintain routing/work center data (if managed by MDM) and purchasing/commercial views in collaboration with Procurement.
• Support Product Officer tasks: update commercial content (descriptions, translations, images, spec sheets) in PIM.
• Perform pre-checks based on data quality rules, deduplicate records, validate units of measure, lifecycle status, and substitutions.
• Synchronize approved records to downstream systems (PIM, web, price lists).
• Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR) updates (effective dates, supersessions) according to approvals.
• Generate data quality reports, identify exceptions, and provide audit evidence.

About the Role

As a Master Data Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and validating master data across our systems. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance while supporting operational and commercial processes. This position requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with multiple teams, including Product, Operations, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Data Operations

• Create and maintain items/materials, variants, and cross-plant data views.
• Maintain technical and commercial attributes, packaging hierarchies, and GTIN/EAN codes.
• Apply classifications (ETIM/OpenDataCheck), product hierarchies, and catalog links.
• Maintain routing/work center data (if managed by MDM) and purchasing/commercial views in collaboration with Procurement.
