Fluxys group is seeking a Master Data Administrator to join the Asset & Maintenance Management team in Anderlecht. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical facility data so operational teams can work safely and efficiently.

You will handle SAP PM daily, manage maintenance plans for thousands of assets, and perform routine data cleansing and large-scale data tasks with attention to detail. Strong French/Dutch and English skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or administrative field or equivalent experience.
Experience in a technical environment and ability to read plans and data sheets.
Strong attention to detail with meticulous and repetitive work.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsabilités

Analyse and correctly process internal requests from operational teams.
Manage maintenance plans for preventive maintenance, functional locations and equipment in SAP PM (approx. 40,000 assets).
Perform one-off adjustments and larger data-management tasks on extensive datasets.
Ensure quality and consistency of master data to support operational processes.
Gather, analyse and validate information through site visits and technical documentation (P&IDs).
Collaborate in a small team to support day-to-day operations.
