recurv is seeking a Senior Leader in Digital Platforms who will own the roadmap for our marketing technology ecosystem and drive AI-enabled innovations. You will oversee integration across web, CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM and analytics, while guiding front-end development and external partners.

With 7+ years in digital development or marketing tech, you will mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and partner with marketing to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 7+ years of experience in digital development, web development or marketing technology.
• Proven experience managing and developing digital platforms and ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, preferably Drupal, including configuration and custom development.
• Experience with platform integrations, code reviews and technical project leadership.
• Strong people management, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Experience managing external development agencies and technology partners.

Responsabilités

• Drive the roadmap for digital platforms, continuous improvements and new technology initiatives, including AI applications.
• Manage and optimize integration between web, CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM and analytics platforms.
• Review code and oversee technical development and provide guidance on front-end development and integrations.
• Act as Product Owner for the online configurator and customer portal while supporting Product Owners across other platforms.
• Manage external development partners and software vendors, ensuring quality, performance and timely delivery.
• Build internal expertise within the team and reduce dependency on external partners.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Ensure user adoption through training, documentation and ongoing support.
