Job summary

Deliveroo Belgium is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our frontline operations in Brussels. You’ll assist in campaign execution, localisation for Belgium, CRM touchpoints, and in‑app messaging while gaining exposure to strategy and growth in a fast‑growing international business.

We value curiosity, proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. English, French and Dutch are used daily as you support cross‑language content and learn hands‑on marketing basics.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Belgium (e.g. business, economics, marketing, communications, or similar).
• Available for a 6-month internship, with potential extension up to 12 months.
• Comfortable working in English, French, and Dutch.
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets and presentation software is helpful.
• Previous experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus, but not required — we’ll help you learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring initiatives launch accurately and on time.
• Localise and adapt marketing content and assets for the Belgian market, including centrally led initiatives.
• Provide operational support for CRM campaigns and assets, coordinating customer communications across channels.
• Manage and push live in-app messaging.
• Coordinate marketing assets and copy across English, French, and Dutch for local relevance.
• Perform quality checks on campaign assets, copy, links, and placements before launch.
• Act as a key operational link between ideas, content, tools, and execution.
• Work with the Merchant Marketing team and stakeholders on initiatives as the team’s scope evolves.
• Prepare presentations, campaign materials, and updates for internal stakeholders.
• Gain exposure to how marketing initiatives connect to business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline recurring marketing processes.
• Learn how a country-level team thinks about growth, customers, merchants, and performance.
• Develop problem structuring, prioritisation, and translation of ideas into action.
• Gain practical experience with CRM, localisation, campaign execution, and marketing operations.
