Overview

Cegeka Business Solutions is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to help grow our International footprint. You will lead marketing execution and regional coordination for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, in close collaboration with both the Global and European teams. As our Marketing Manager you will:

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the regional marketing plan in close alignment with Cegeka’s global marketing team.
  • Adapt global positioning, messaging, and content to resonate with target audiences.
  • Align with business development and delivery teams to build campaigns that resonate with local buyer needs.
  • Develop and coordinate digital campaigns, content, webinars, events, and partner marketing activities, focused on pipeline generation and brand positioning.
  • Track performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to continuously improve results.
  • Act as the regional marketing point of contact, ensuring alignment between local business stakeholders and the central marketing organization.
  • Support brand visibility and awareness-building across new target segments.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT solutions or Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proven experience running campaigns that generate demand and build brand awareness.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures and time zones.
  • The ability to manage projects independently while staying closely connected to a global team.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably also Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
