Vlerick Business School in Brussels is seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to shape and execute an integrated marketing strategy. You will lead a team of about 12 professionals and align marketing with programmes and business units across our campuses in Brussels and Ghent, plus a home office arrangement.

You bring strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, driving brand strength, digital, content and demand generation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, creating clear direction, trust, collaboration and accountability.
• Build further on the recent centralisation of marketing, strengthening the team, developing key marketing capabilities and establishing effective ways of working for the future.
• Shape and implement Vlerick’s overall marketing strategy, translating the School’s ambitions into clear priorities, plans and measurable objectives.
• Create strong alignment between marketing and the different parts of the School, working closely with Marketing Unit Managers and other key stakeholders to balance School-wide priorities with specific market and business needs.
• Strengthen Vlerick’s brand, positioning and visibility and ensure a consistent approach across markets and channels.
• Use customer, market, competitor and performance insights to guide decisions, set priorities and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Take ownership of the overall marketing budget and performance, using dashboards, web analytics and conversion KPIs, to track results, report progress and identify improvements.
• Manage key external partners and lead strategic marketing projects, while keeping abreast of relevant marketing and technological developments.
