Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in invoicing, cost allocation and general ledger posting.
• Ability to verify invoices against contracts and rates.
• Experience in financial administration and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Control and processing of incoming invoices and expense notes.
• Validate invoices against contractual terms, rates, and performance.
• Accurate coding and analytical processing of costs.
• Record operational and dossier-related costs.
• Allocate costs to correct dossiers and ensure complete processing on time.
• Prepare financial settlements and perform reconciliations on performance sheets and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues and external partners when data is missing.
• Monitor outstanding debtors for selected clients.
• Maintain a reliable financial administration with deadlines.
