CareerBee is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer for one of Europe’s fastest-growing high-tech manufacturing groups in Tienen. You will own test systems used across camera production and drive reliability, automation and scalability.

You will collaborate with Production, Operations and R&D to transfer new test methods into daily manufacturing and improve testing infrastructure on a growing site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Embedded Systems or a related technical field.
• Experience with testing of electronic, mechatronic or other physical products.
• Hands-on programming or scripting with Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, C# or C++.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across Production, Operations and R&D.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Support and improve the test systems used throughout camera production
• Develop, modify and troubleshoot scripts for automated testing and calibration
• Optimize test sequences to improve reliability, repeatability and testing speed
• Investigate failures and determine whether their source lies in the product, test hardware, software or test configuration
• Analyse test results and production data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
• Adapt test systems and scripts for new products, product changes and increasing production volumes
• Support operators and production engineers with complex technical problems
• Contribute to the design, implementation and validation of new test stations
• Work closely with R&D and Production to transfer test solutions into manufacturing
• Improve the documentation, standardization and traceability of production tests

For one of our clients, one of Europe’s fastest-growing high-tech manufacturing groups, we are looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer to strengthen its production engineering team in Tienen.

You will take ownership of the test systems used throughout camera production and help make them more reliable, automated and scalable. Working closely with Production, Operations and R&D, you will ensure that newly developed test methods are successfully transferred into daily manufacturing.

Your responsibilities

• Support and improve the test systems used throughout camera production
• Develop, modify and troubleshoot scripts for automated testing and calibration

Your Profile
