Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, production engineering or production testing.
• Hands-on Python experience in professional test/automation/manufacturing.
• Experience with automated test systems for electronic or electromechanical products.
• Strong understanding of electronics, sensors and measurement equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to independently investigate problems and implement practical solutions.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Solve technical production and testing problems on the shop floor.
• Develop, modify and optimize Python scripts used in automated production tests.
• Improve test sequences, reliability, and cycle times.
• Troubleshoot failures across products, test hardware, software and configurations.
• Analyze test data and recurring failures to improve yield and quality.
• Support setup, validation and scaling of production test stations.
• Create documentation and support production operators.
