You will partner with users, engineers, and developers to validate requirements and ensure solutions meet operational needs.

You will document results, track quality metrics, manage defects, and support user adoption through training and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Drive QA from concept to deployment with functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with users and engineers to validate requirements and ensure solutions meet operations.
• Document results, report metrics, manage defects, and provide evidence for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Support adoption with user validation, training, documentation, and readiness assessments.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying issues and refining testing practices.
