  • Guide teams in responding to and resolving unanticipated customer expedite requests, quality issues, extended raw-material lead times, material availability constraints, and other supply disruptions to ensure successful customer delivery.
  • Provide management with regular updates on the efficient flow of goods and services that affect service delivery or production.
  • Ensure central category teams adopt established commercial and procurement practices, policies, and processes.
  • Develop risk-management procedures that mitigate losses arising from supply shortages.
  • Partner with TDW stakeholders to build the demand pipeline, capture and appropriately challenge business requirements, and provide feedback on compliance.
