Rousselot Pilot Plant in Ghent is seeking a Pilot Manager to lead a small team of technicians and to drive continuous improvement of operational processes across several plants.

You will combine people and stakeholder management with strong process engineering expertise to optimize throughput, quality, and safety, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with production, QA and maintenance teams.

This role sits with Darling Ingredients, the global leader in gelatin and collagen solutions.
