At Capgemini Invent in Diegem, we are seeking a Manager for our Enterprise Transformation team to lead strategic finance-focused transformation programs. This role involves guiding clients through complex modernization journeys, from strategy to implementation, ensuring data-driven, digitally enabled Finance organizations.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence or Finance Transformation, strong knowledge of finance processes, and exposure to SAP S/4HANA. Our team values flexibility, meaningful change, and cross-industry leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or Finance Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience leading transformation teams and managing stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of French and/or Dutch.

YOUR ROLE

As a Manager within our Enterprise Transformation team, you will lead strategic finance‑focused transformation programs and guide clients through complex modernization journeys. Acting as a trusted advisor from strategy through implementation, you will shape and deliver future‑ready operating models, processes, and technologies that enable efficient, data‑driven and digitally enabled Finance organizations.

• Leading client engagements and steering cross‑functional teams through digital and enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives from design to implementation.
• Building compelling cases‑for‑change across people, processes, technology, data, and organization, supported by robust business cases aligned to client ambitions.
• Driving digital innovation by leveraging solutions such as SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms to modernize, automate, and streamline core Finance functions.
• Enhancing end‑to‑end Finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) through best‑practice process design, optimization, automation, AI, and mining tools.
• Shaping Target Operating Models for Finance, covering processes, governance, capabilities, technology, and organization.
• Contributing to Capgemini Invent’s growth, including business development, thought leadership, and coaching of junior colleagues.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or Finance Transformation, with a proven track record of improving processes, operating models, and performance.
• You bring strong knowledge of finance processes and ERP environments, ideally including hands‑on exposure to SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, MM, Signavio).
• You have experience leading transformation teams, coaching others, and managing stakeholders in complex client environments.
• You demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills, with the ability to translate challenges into actionable solutions.
• You are an effective communicator and facilitator, able to craft compelling narratives, run workshops, and drive change and adoption across organizations.
• You are fluent in English and have good knowledge of French and/or Dutch, with an entrepreneurial mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering high‑quality results.
