We are seeking a Manager – Enterprise Risk to support our growth by working on client engagement teams and to develop go‑to‑market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing internal audits, including design and operating effectiveness of internal controls (using data analytics) and developing recommendations to improve operational, financial and sustainability controls.
- Developing risk‑based internal audit plans.
- Improving enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks, conducting maturity assessments, and preparing, executing and reporting risk assessments.
- Implementing internal control environments (e.g., ESG, COSO, SOX).
- Co‑developing go‑to‑market initiatives across various sectors and industries in Belgium for internal control, internal audit and risk management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in internal organization control, internal audit, risk management or process optimization.
- Strong project‑management skills to lead and manage engagements effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Leadership skills to manage and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with data analytics is an asset.
- Curious with a critical mindset; a team player who can also work autonomously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
- Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context.
