Telenet in Brussels is seeking a Manager of the Developer Platform to define the vision, build and lead the team, and own the roadmap and budget. You will collaborate with architecture, tech leads, and engineering leadership to influence software delivery.

As a senior leader, you will set strategic direction for AI-assisted development, ensure platform reliability, security, and cost-conscious decisions, and evangelize the platform across the organization.

• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Solid engineering, architecture or software delivery background.
• Professional English language skills.

• Act as the connection point between developers and organizational needs.
• Represent and evangelize the platform internally.
