About Our Client

The client is a prominent, independent law firm based in Brussels, recognised for its strong reputation in Commercial, Litigation & Arbitration matters.

Job Description

As a Management Assistant, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the legal team. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and following up on invoicing procedures
  • Opening and managing new matters in the ERP system
  • Supporting 3 Partners and 2 Counsel with case management, including preparing court documents, finalising submissions, and tracking deadlines
  • Organising, preparing, and monitoring internal and external hearings
  • Creating and updating records in the CRM database
  • Tracking legal obligations of lawyers (e.g. bar requirements)
  • Organising meetings and travel arrangements
  • Ensuring all documents are professionally formatted and presentation-ready
  • Managing lawyers\' calendars
  • Creating PR/POs and monitoring expense reports
The Successful Applicant
  • At least two years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Able to manage stress and multiple priorities
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage stress and multiple priorities
  • Proactive and consistently professional in approach
  • A high level of proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
