Accent Jobs for People NV is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a ~6-month temporary assignment in Antwerpen. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate interventions, and ensure safety and quality on the work floor.

You will independently manage technical files and report progress to deadlines. The role requires a hands-on, analytical mindset with strong communication in Dutch and English, and a proactive approach to risk and safety.

Qualifications

• Technical background; maintenance/industry/logistics experience is a plus.
• Hands-on mentality with practical problem-solving and decision making.
• Strong Dutch and English communication; safety and quality focus.

As maintenance manager, you are close to practice and actively involved on the work floor every day. You ensure that technical installations continue to operate reliably and intervene where necessary. This is a TEMPORARY JOB of about 6 months. You organize and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance. You actively coordinate and support technical interventions, malfunctions and repairs. You act as a point of contact on the work floor and monitor safety, quality and continuity. You independently manage technical files: analyzing, coordinating with suppliers, reporting and following up until completion within the set deadlines. You contribute to technical improvement projects and optimizations.

Salary scale: 3099 € - 4648 €/month
