Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• At least 5 years in a similar technical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a team of 5–7 technicians.
• Plan and coordinate tasks according to contracts and skills.
• Organise weekly team meetings and follow up on actions.
• Ensure quality maintenance reports and proper reporting tools.
• Plan equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Prepare quotes aligning client needs with company objectives.
• Support financial oversight to ensure contract profitability.
• Participate in project kick-offs and translate contract details into actions.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance and conduct site inspections.
• Continuously improve methods, processes, and quality.
