Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
• Fluent in Dutch; good English for reporting and collaboration with international colleagues.
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP PM is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyse maintenance and failure data to develop and adjust maintenance strategies using PM, RCMS, and related methodologies.
• Identify and implement performance improvements for utility installations (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
• Support Root Cause Analyses (RCA) after breakdowns and act as owner of MOC processes and technical contact for modifications.
• Contribute to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services; document technical standards to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure continuity and quality of maintenance.
