Engibex, a Belgian engineering consulting firm, seeks a maintenance engineer to analyze MTBF/MTTR and OEE data, and to develop, draft and adjust preventive, predictive and RCM maintenance strategies. You will safeguard the maintenance process quality, identify performance improvements for utility installations, create spare parts lists and support RCA after breakdowns.

Dutch is the working language; strong English; degree in electromechanics or energy tech; experience in industrial maintenance;

Qualifications

• Degree in electromechanics or energy technology or equivalent.
• Fluent Dutch (floor language) and good English for reporting.
• Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
• Experience with RCM, RCA and performance management.
• Analytical and results-driven; collaborative and communicative.
• Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Develop, draft and adjust preventive, predictive, and RCM maintenance strategies.
• Safeguard the continuity and quality of the maintenance process.
• Identify and implement performance improvements for utility installations.
• Create lists of critical spare parts.
• Provide support for Root Cause Analyses (RCA) after breakdowns.
• Owner and executor of MOCs.
• Act as the technical point of contact for modifications or renewals.
• Contribute to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services.
• Document technical standards/instructions and optimise work processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams for continuous improvement.
