TALENTFARM in Belgium seeks a Warehouse Clerk responsible for the sale and delivery of parts to both internal and external customers. You will ensure fast, friendly service by phone, email, and at the counter, while handling quotes, orders, and inventory tasks.

You will manage administrative tasks from delivery notes to invoicing and assist with returns or warranty claims. A strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction is essential.

• Experience in warehouse or store room operations.

• Strong attention to accuracy in invoicing and stock postings.

• Serve as contact point for sale/delivery of parts to internal and external customers.
• Ensure customers are serviced quickly and courteously by phone, email, and counter.
• Create quotes and specifications.
• Take and process orders, prepare parts for pickup/delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks from delivery notes to invoicing carefully.
• Support logistics for returns or scrap of parts under warranty claims.
• Maintain daily stock and perform regular inventories.

Description du poste

• Als magazijnier ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor verkoop/aflevering van wisselstukken aan zowel interne als externe klanten.
• Je ziet erop toe dat klanten telefonisch, geschreven per mail maar ook aan de balie klantvriendelijke en snel worden bediend.
• Je maakt offertes en bestekken.
• Je neemt de bestellingen op, verwerkt die en zet de gevraagde wisselstukken klaar voor afname/afhaling.
• De administratieve verwerking van de bestelbon gaande over het maken van de leveringsbon tot en met de facturatie dient met zorg en accuraatheid te worden gedaan.
• Je bent nauw betrokken bij het logistieke proces voor het terugsturen en/of verschroten van wisselstukken bij garantieclaims.
• Je draagt zorg voor het dagelijks voorraadbeheer en de periodieke inventarissen.
• De interne/externe klantentevredenheid is een sterke motivator in alles wat je onderneemt.
