Job summary

APM Monaco in Knokke-Heist is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to welcome, advise and build trusted relationships with customers, delivering a unique shopping experience.

You will actively contribute to reaching boutique sales targets and showcase knowledge of APM Monaco products to tell the brand story.

Role includes after-sales follow-up, maintaining boutique standards, and assisting with stock and visual merchandising; luxury retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or fashion retail is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Previous boutique experience is a real plus.
• Organised, dynamic and eager to learn.
• Flexible and adaptable when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and build trust with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
• Contribute to achieving boutique sales targets
• Demonstrate knowledge of APM Monaco products and brand story
• Provide personalised after-sales follow-up
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, stock replenishment and POS procedures
• Support visual merchandising within brand guidelines
