Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and courteously as they arrive in the breakfast area.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Monitor and attend to guests' needs for a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area and buffet stations.
• Replenish pastry buffet items and ensure freshness.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Process guest payments and cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waitstaff for smooth service.
• Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the breakfast area.
