JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) in Belgium is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to manage inbound/outbound, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

You will lead warehouse teams, monitor KPIs, ensure SOPs and safety, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and peak-season demands.

Qualifications

• Oversee inbound/outbound, inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Lead warehouse staff, allocate workloads and manage attendance.
• Track KPIs: productivity, quality, on-time dispatch; drive improvements.
• Plan manpower to match daily workloads and business demands.
• Ensure SOPs, health & safety compliance and company policies.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide on-the-job training and cross-training to build a multi-skilled team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Transportation, HR and Inventory Control.
• Support warehouse start-up, peak season operations and other initiatives.
