Pauwels Consulting is seeking a specialist in Belgium to manage logistics quality compliance and deviation management. The role focuses on the full lifecycle of non-conformances and root cause investigations to maintain excellence within a regulated supply chain environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and brings 3+ years of experience in GxP-regulated operations, with expertise in NC, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and QMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Quality, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in GxP-regulated operations, quality systems, or clinical supply chain logistics.
• Experience in quality management processes including NC, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and QMS.
• Experience using quality platforms such as COMET or TrackWise.
• Analytical, able to prioritize under pressure, and strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of non-conformance (NC) records and CAPA within the quality management system.
• Lead investigations into logistics deviations, including delivery errors and damaged shipments, in collaboration with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Perform detailed root cause analyses and develop corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable resolution.
• Track quality performance metrics and report on KPIs to ensure adherence to strict closure timelines.
• Present status updates at governance boards and elevate systemic compliance risks or resource constraints to leadership.
• Support the maintenance of quality documentation, procedures, and training materials to build organizational capability.
