Etex in Belgium is seeking a Logistics Procurement Project Leader to drive strategic procurement projects in transportation and warehousing. You will coordinate with Senior Buyers and cross-functional teams to deliver cost-efficient partnerships.

You bring strong project management, negotiation, and analytical skills, and you can navigate a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while ensuring compliance and delivering value for the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in procurement of transportation and/or warehousing.
• Proven skills in project and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with neutral 4PL concept.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Autonomous, adaptable to new structures and accountable for outcomes.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• English is mandatory; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate strategic logistics purchase projects.
• Lead project-based negotiations with carriers.
• Develop and oversee strategic partnerships with logistics providers.
• Manage transportation cost analyses to identify savings.
• Coordinate activities within Purchasing and other departments.
• Oversee spend tracking and cost savings reporting.
• Ensure project activities comply with policies and regulatory standards.
• Drive cost reductions and operational efficiencies.
