A leading offshore energy company based in Brussels is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager for the Princess Elisabeth Energy Island Project. You will manage logistics for offshore operations, develop strategies, and coordinate installation activities. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in offshore logistics and be fluent in English. This is a full-time role with immediate start in a groundbreaking energy project.

The Princess Elisabeth Energy Island Project is a landmark offshore renewable energy development in the Belgian part of the North Sea.
This innovative project will connect up to 3.5 GW of offshore wind capacity to the Belgian mainland and serve as a central hub in the future meshed offshore power grid of the North Sea.
The island will host HVAC and HVDC substations and create an efficient, reliable, and interconnected energy network across Europe — a crucial step in accelerating the energy transition.
As Logistics Operations Manager (Offshore), you will be responsible for all logistics-related topics within the Offshore Operations scope, including temporary accommodation, personnel and material transport, and coordination of offshore installation logistics.
