• Verify customer data and ensure proper administrative follow-up.
• Track transport orders and coordinate daily with customers, carriers, shipping lines and internal teams.
• Actively contribute to customer inquiries and operational issues, finding efficient solutions.

• Administratief verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande goederen.
• Registreren van goederen en bedienen van de weegbrug voor een correcte vrachtwagenweging.
• Opstellen van duidelijke stockrapporten voor klanten.
• Verwerken van leveringsbonnen van zeeschepen, vrachtwagens en containers.
• Controleren van klantgegevens en bewaken van een correcte administratieve opvolging.
• Opvolgen van transportopdrachten en dagelijks afstemmen met klanten, transporteurs, rederijen en interne teams.
