Beaulieu International Group is seeking a Logistics Excellence Manager to own Belos, the group’s logistics and distribution platform. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive service levels, costs and continuous improvement across the network.

You bring 8–10 years in logistics, strong TMS experience and a track record of transforming distribution operations, cost optimization and stakeholder collaboration across multiple sites and partners.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree and 8–10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in distribution network design and logistics operations management.
• Strong experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Analytical strength with solid financial insight and experience in logistics cost optimization.
• Hands‑on, ownership mindset, effective communication and cross‑stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of day‑to‑day Belos operations and ensure smooth network execution.
• Achieve and monitor service, quality and cost targets.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, carriers and partners for operational excellence.
• Own and develop the Belos TMS roadmap in line with business needs.
• Lead issue resolution and escalation; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and expansion of new businesses, countries, customers, and services into Belos.

Description du poste

As Logistics Excellence Manager, you take ownership of the operational performance and future development of Belos, the Group’s logistics and distribution platform. You combine hands‑on operational leadership with deep logistics expertise to drive service excellence, cost efficiency and continuous improvement across the Group.

In this role, you help shape value that lasts by ensuring reliable logistics operations today while building the capabilities needed for tomorrow.

Your responsibilities focus on 2 domains;

• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of Belos and ensure smooth execution across the network.
• Ensure service, quality and cost targets are achieved and continuously monitored.
• Manage relationships and coordinate activities with logistics service providers, carriers and operational partners to secure operational excellence.
• Own and further develop the Belos Transport Management System (TMS) and manage the roadmap in line with business requirements.
• Lead operational issue resolution and escalation management when required.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen performance, efficiency and customer service.
• Support the onboarding and contribute to the future expension of new businesses, countries, customers and logistics services into the Belos network.

Logistics Expert

• Analyze and standardize logistics processes & procedures and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Define, monitor and improve logistics KPIs and service performance metrics.
• Support logistics transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic logistics decisions.

Your profile

• You hold a higher education degree and bring at least 8 to 10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution or supply chain management.
• You have proven experience in distribution network design and logistics operations management.
• You have strong experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• You combine analytical strength with solid financial insight and have experience in logistics cost optimization.You have successfully led transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You are hands‑on, take ownership, communicate effectively and work comfortably across different stakeholders and business environments.
