Synergie Geel seeks a Back-up Team Leader to support the Team Leader and take responsibility for daily warehouse operations when needed. You will help maintain quality, productivity and a positive work environment across the team.

In this role you will deputize in daily management, coordinate shop-floor activities, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the warehouse setting.

Description du poste

As a Back-up Team Leader, you act as the right hand of the Team Leader. In their absence, you take full responsibility for the daily operations and ensure that warehouse activities run smoothly and efficiently. Together, you maintain high quality standards, productivity, and a positive working environment.
