Synergie Geel seeks a Back-up Team Leader to support the Team Leader and take responsibility for daily warehouse operations when needed. You will help maintain quality, productivity and a positive work environment across the team.

In this role you will deputize in daily management, coordinate shop-floor activities, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the warehouse setting.

Responsabilités

• Support and deputize for the Team Leader in daily operational management
• Coordinate, guide, and motivate team members on the shop floor
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance
• Report progress, results, and any operational issues to management
• Proactively contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
