Our client is seeking a Back-up Team Leader to act as the right hand of the Team Leader. In their absence, you will take full responsibility for daily operations and ensure warehouse activities run smoothly and efficiently.

You will help maintain high quality standards, productivity, and a positive working environment while deputizing for the Team Leader when needed.

• Coordinate, guide, and motivate team members on the shop floor
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance
• Report progress, results, and any operational issues to management
• Proactively contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
