Cortina group com is seeking a Logistics Administrative Officer for Value Added Services (VAS) to join our Oudenaarde warehouse. The role acts as the administrative and organisational backbone for VAS activities, ensuring proper preparation, planning and monitoring to support efficient warehouse operations and first-class service to customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Internal Sales, Warehouse, colleagues in China and external partners, using strong planning, communication and attention

Qualifications

• You have at least a secondary education diploma.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse administration is an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems or AS400 is a plus.
• You work accurately, in a structured and organised way.
• Excellent planning, communication and prioritisation skills.
• You take initiative and remain calm under pressure.
• You are a true team player who enjoys working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Planning & follow-up of VAS activities.
• Release work orders and monitor VAS and rework planning through AS400.
• Plan and coordinate the deployment of employees from our sheltered workshop partner within the warehouse.
• Ensure work orders, instructions and materials are available on time.
• Closely monitor execution and adjust planning where necessary.
