Cryoport Belgium is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee all warehouse and cryoroom operations for cryopreservation and kitting activities. You will lead a team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure safe and compliant handling of materials from ambient to cryogenic.

The role requires a Master’s degree in supply chain or logistics, 5+ years GMP warehouse experience, and strong knowledge of quality systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in supply chain or logistics.
• 5+ years GMP-regulated warehouse experience.
• 1+ year of team leadership experience.
• Experience with biological/pharmaceutical materials and cryogenic handling.
• Fluent in French; English (B2+) required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily warehouse and cryoroom operations.
• Lead a team and coordinate with Program Managers, QC, and shuttle drivers.
• Ensure materials handling compliance across ambient to cryogenic.
• Write and update SOPs, work instructions, and deviation reports.
• Support audits, facility tours, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:Supervising daily operations, inventory, and documentationCoordinating with Program Managers, QC, and shuttle drivers to meet project deadlinesEnsuring compliance with GMP, GxP, and safety standardsWriting and updating SOPs, work instructions, and deviation reportsManaging staff schedules, training, and performanceParticipating in audits, facility tours, and continuous improvement initiativesYou’ll play a key role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly, safely, and on time.
