Job summary

Manuport Logistics (MPL) is seeking a Liquids Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives within its Liquids division. You will connect ideas to execution, evaluate tank storage opportunities, and partner with operations, customers, and suppliers to deliver tangible projects.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to expand blending and tank storage capabilities, ensure feasibility, and translate concepts into actionable plans that advance MPL's liquids business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics or liquids/logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of tank storage operations and the liquids supply chain.
• Experience with isotanks, flexitanks, tank storage, or liquid value-added services is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness.
• Ability to translate ideas into practical solutions and actionable plans.
• Experience building business cases and evaluating investments, partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Ability to connect with operations teams, management and external partners.
• Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Liquids Project Manager, supporting strategic projects within the Liquids division.
• Bridge ideas and execution, assessing viability of new services or partnerships.
• Work with management, customers, suppliers and operations to build business cases.
• Challenge assumptions, identify risks, and align stakeholders throughout projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day with internal and external partners for smooth delivery.
• Contribute to growth and professionalization of MPL's Liquids division.
• Translate new opportunities into concrete business plans and implementation steps.
• Monitor timelines, milestones and deliverables, flagging issues early.
