Jobat zoekt een Line Supervisor voor twee ploegen in Ename, België. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productielijn en leid je een team van ongeveer 9 medewerkers. Je motiveert jouw team en zorgt voor een positieve werksfeer, terwijl je zelf ook actief deelneemt aan het productieproces.

Ervaring in teamleiding en goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn vereist. Basiskennis van Engels is essentieel; kennis van Bulgaars of Pools is een pluspunt. De rol biedt een gevarieerde omgeving zonder specifieke studievereisten.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in het leiden van een team.
• Goede sociale en communicatievaardigheden.
• De voorkeur om Engels te spreken; basiskennis van Bulgaars of Pools is een plus.
• Geen specifieke stud vereisten.

Responsabilités

• Verantwoordelijk voor de toegewezen productielijn.

Line Supervisor | 2 Shifts

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

• You are responsible for the production line assigned to you.
• Your team consists of about 9 employees (both permanent and temporary staff).
• You motivate your entire team and ensure a positive atmosphere and strong cooperation.
• You also actively take part in the production process, monitoring and controlling it.
• You stay alert and suggest improvements.
• You are able to solve small technical issues.
• During shift changes, you are responsible for the handover.

PROFIEL

• You have experience leading a team.
• You have strong social and communication skills, allowing you to communicate effectively (also with technicians and other departments).
• Working with people of different nationalities does not intimidate you.
• You can express yourself well in English. Basic knowledge of Bulgarian or Polish is a plus.
• Your formal education is less important, but you have a strong motivation to keep learning.
• You are mature, flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work independently.
• You take responsibility for your work.
• You report to the Production Manager.
