Jobat zoekt een Operator voor twee ploegen in een stabiel en groeiend voedingsbedrijf. Je bestuurt en stelt machines in, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt voor hygiënische productieomstandigheden.

Je werkt in een team, staat open voor verschillende machines en schakelt snel bij technische issues met ondersteuning van het technische team. Een georganiseerde werkhouding en oog voor detail zijn essentieel voor succes in deze rol.

Qualifications

• Technische vaardigheden en ervaring met productieapparatuur (voedingsindustrie is een plus).
• Scherp oog voor kwaliteit en sterke focus op hygiëne.
• Georganiseerde, gestructureerde manier van werken.
• Bereidheid tot werken in ploegendiensten.
• Teamgerichte houding met motivatie en inzet.

Responsabilités

• Instellen, bedienen en afstellen van productieapparatuur op de lijn.
• Machines, apparatuur en transportbanden schoonmaken volgens strikte hygiëne-eisen.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren om te voldoen aan hoge normen.
• Flexibiliteit om verschillende machines te bedienen afhankelijk van de productiebehoefte.
• Omgaan met kleine technische problemen en samenwerking met het technische team bij grotere reparaties.

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Your Responsibilities

As a production line operator, you will ensure the smooth running of our production processes.

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting production equipment on the line.
• Cleaning machines, equipment, and conveyor belts to meet strict hygiene standards.
• Performing quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
• Being flexible and able to operate various machines depending on production needs.
• Handling minor technical issues and collaborating with the technical team for larger repairs.

• Technical skills and experience with production equipment (experience in the food industry is a plus).
