Accent Jobs for People NV is seeking a motivated Filling Operator to operate and set up production machines on the line in our Belgian facility. You will perform manual tasks, supply raw materials, and resolve minor issues, coordinating with technicians for more complex breakdowns as needed.

After training, you will monitor processes via displays, adjusting for quality, safety and efficiency, with the potential to progress toward more advanced process monitoring.

Qualifications

• A2 technical diploma or equivalent experience.
• Physically strong and able to handle manual tasks.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Interest in food, technology, and process optimization.
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system (potentially 3 shifts).
• Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Eye for safety, order and hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Operate and set up production machines on the line.
• Perform manual tasks like supplying and pouring raw materials.
• Resolve minor malfunctions; escalate complex issues to technicians.
• Actively monitor production processes via displays and adjust as needed.
• Think about improvements in quality, safety and efficiency.
• After training, take responsibility for advanced process monitoring.
